- What you offer
- Experience with behavioural and/or cultural reviews, including leading interviews and focus groups to gather qualitative insights
- Practical experience with survey design, build and analysis, including using tools such as Qualtrics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate nuanced concepts and findings to different audiences.
- Sound project management skills to ensure adequate scoping and timely delivery of initiatives, effective prioritisation and management of stakeholder expectations.
- Relevant qualifications in Organisational or Social Psychology, Behavioural Science, Behavioural Economics or a related discipline.
- Prior experience within financial services or financial services regulation is not essential, but beneficial
- Experience in management consultancy, legal, risk management, audit or human resources is not essential, but beneficial
