- 2 x full-time, fixed term contracts until 31 December 2025 based in Justice & Society at the Magill campus
- Salary: $91,033 - $100,080 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

**About the Role**

You will be responsible for managing the full range of academic administrative activities and processes that support the development and delivery of Academic Unit programs and courses and the research activities (including research education) of the Academic Unit and plays a key role in relationship management with external partners through WIL/Placements, Adjunct management, Visiting Academics and Program Advisory Panels.

Developing new knowledge and multi-disciplinary solutions to some of society’s most pressing issues, UniSA Justice & Society offers a wide range of programs and conducts world-class research in the fields of law, psychology, social work, human services and social sciences. UniSA Justice & Society is also home to the Australian Centre for Child Protection, Australia’s premier research centre focused on the development of new solutions and approaches to the critical problem of child abuse and neglect.

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Demonstrated previous experience working in a senior administrative position in a complex service environment, including leading, managing and developing a team in the provision of superior quality customer service
- Advanced level verbal and interpersonal and problem solving skills including experience in liaising with people at all levels both internal and external to an organisation to provide advice and recommendations to senior staff
- High level writing skills appropriate to prepare briefings and/or reports based on self-initiated or directed research, investigation and analysis for a wide range of audiences
- Highly developed organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and projects within tight timelines while working independently and as a member of a team
