- Mentor and train the CRO team, ensuring the quality of work is of King Kong standard.
- Establish and document processes for the effective delivery of the CRO function.
- Lead the growth of the CRO division through innovation and results.
- Distribute and manage client work appropriately across the CRO team.
- Assist specialist teams in troubleshooting client issues.
- Be the first level of escalation for client-related CRO issues for the company.
