Due to internal promotion we have an opportunity for a **Project Support Coordinator **to work for our largest account in Western Sydney

This role is based in **Richmond, NSW.**

**Due to the security clearance for this account to be successful, you must be an Australian Citizen.**
- Provide support to the Project Support and Data teams
- General administrative duties such as filling, photocopying, managing incoming calls and queries and the preparation of correspondence
- Assist with the preparation documentation such as manuals, reports and meeting minutes
- Assist the BGIS team with client management
- Data entry into various systems such as SharePoint and client systems

Skills and Experience
- Strong demonstrated experience in a similar administrative role
- Proficient level of skill in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/ innovative approach
- Demonstrated high quality written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability in providing written reports
