The Opportunity

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Master Data Specialist to join our Information Technology team.

In this role, you’ll play a critical part in strengthening King Living’s data governance framework and ensuring the quality and consistency of master data across our global operations. You’ll lead initiatives to enhance data processes, manage SAP master data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy, integration, and flow.

The Role

- Lead initiatives to strengthen master data governance across business units.

- Develop and implement processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

- Maintain and validate SAP master data for new product introductions and ongoing updates.

- Oversee data integration and migration between SAP and other enterprise systems.

- Conduct regular data quality checks and resolve inconsistencies.

- Collaborate with IT, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to ensure seamless data flow.

- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline master data processes.

- Provide training and guidance to teams on data quality and governance standards.

- Act as a key point of contact for master data queries and system improvements.

- Lead or support projects related to data migration, governance, and integration.

About You

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Master Data Management with a focus on governance.

- Proven experience working with SAP in an ERP environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Management, Business Administration, or related field.

- Experience in a global or multi-country organisation, ideally in retail or manufacturing.

- Strong understanding of data integration, ETL tools, and data quality management.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to simplify complex data challenges and deliver practical solutions.

- Proactive, collaborative, and passionate about process improvement and accuracy.
