**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and oversee various packaging machinery to ensure accurate and efficient packaging processes.
- Make ready, run and maintain machinery per job
- Conduct gluing (straight line, crash lock bottom, peel and seal), box folding and die cutting.
- Feed raw materials, and take off and pack finished goods.
- Monitor machine performance, making necessary adjustments to maintain optimal operation.
- Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality control standards throughout the production process.

**Experience**:

- Machine operator experience (preferable gluing but not essential)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Aptitude and interest in operating machinery
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Willingness to learn
