Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our client on the day shift. The client is a reputable insulation company in Keysborough. If you have a forklift ticket, machine operating experience, and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operating machinery involved in the production of insulation materials
- Placing foil onto insulation materials on the production line
- Bagging insulation materials as part of the production process
- Safely operating a forklift to transport raw materials and finished products
- Performing repetitive manual handling tasks
- Assisting the warehouse manager in various tasks
- Training will be provided on operating various machines

**Requirements**:

- Possession of a valid forklift ticket is essential
- Prior experience as a machine operator is highly desirable
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality production
- Excellent time management skills to meet production targets
- Physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive manual handling tasks
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- Steel-capped boots and high-vis orange attire are mandatory
- Long pants and long sleeves must be worn inside the warehouse

**Work Schedule**:

- Start Date: ASAP
- Day Shift Hours:

- Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
- Fridays: 7:30 am - 1:30 pm

**Compensation**:

- $35/hr ($28.0000 Base
+ 25.00% Casual)
