**About the role**:

Reporting directly to the Production Team Leader, your role as the Machine Operator is responsible for handling and operating various types of machinery, including the spray dryer, to ensure efficient production of products. Your primary objective will be to operate facilities with the utmost safety and efficiency, while also ensuring products consistently meet the highest standards of quality.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Operate and monitor machinery during production, including the spray dryer, to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
- Set up machines according to specification and adjust as necessary to ensure proper operation.
- Follow and ensure safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment,
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a food manufacturing environment
- Experience using a spray dryer is highly desirable.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
- Understanding of safety procedures within a food manufacturing environment.
