We have an immediate requirement for a number of electrical apprentices to join our team in Perth.

**Looking for a new electrical apprentice who has done a pre-app or is in their 1st-4th year.**

During this period you will work with our technicians for a number of different clients, whilst competing trade training through TAFE and site-based work.

**The Company**

This is the opportunity to work in a niche sector.

EPT is one of the largest sales and service agents for the specialised UPS industry in WA. We have a fantastic friendly team with over 30 years’ experience in the industry and a safety-first approach. EPT offers personalised sales, service and customised after-sales care to a variety of major clients across WA.

We have plenty of work across the Pilbara for the onsite mine experience as well as regional works in areas such Bunbury, Esperance, Albany, Geraldton where you stay in town with all meals and accommodation covered.

**The Position**

You will learn to perform a range of installations, commissioning, servicing, fault-finding, maintenance, testing and repairing of UPS and other electronic equipment.

Work and development is done under the strict guidance of qualified trade employees, and includes modules of learning through an accredited external provider.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday starting at 7.30am (38 hours per week), plus regular overtime requirements (weekends, after hours and away works).

You should be able to work in a team environment and be highly motivated and reliable.

**Essentials**
- Construction Blue/ White Card
- Current WA C Class Drivers Licence (Manual) and own transportation
- Willing to get a Police clearance
- ** Ability and willingness to accept after hours, weekend and remote site works**:

- Ability to work effectively both in a team and autonomously

- Demonstrated safety awareness and practical aptitude
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Fitness for work
- Ability to pass full fitness medical including alcohol/drug screening

**Desirable but not essential**
- Electronics knowledge
- Senior First Aid (CPR & LV Rescue)
