The Company you will be hosted with is a well-established company that will be able to provide you with extensive knowledge and experience to help you with gaining your trade and feeling fulling confident at completion of your apprenticeship.

**The Apprenticeship will involve**:

- Perform basic eddy current testing
- Shut down and isolate machines/equipment
- Organise and communicate information
- Dismantle, replace and assemble engineering components
- Perform inspection
- Perform complex milling operations
- Perform grinding operations
- Set and edit computer controlled machines and processes

**Requirements**:

- Must have strong knowledge of the trade
- Work experience or Certificate II Engineering is preferred but not required
- Excellent Maths grades
- Understand the importance of workplace health and safety
- Have excellent communication skill
- Enjoy practical work
- Have good hand-eye coordination
- Manual Driver’s licence required
- Willing to undergo a police check

Electrical Engineering Services provides specialised services in High Voltage, Electronics, Communications and CCTV. We provide apprentices and trainees important career guidance and opportunity to earn while they learn. Dedicated Field Officers is assigned to apprentices and trainees to provide ongoing support to completing their chosen trade qualification.
