**Position Overview**: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to promote our immigration consulting services, enhance our brand visibility, and attract new clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify opportunities for expansion and differentiation.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, PPC advertising, and social media marketing.
- Oversee the design and production of marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Track and analyse marketing metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
- Stay updated on industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends in immigration consulting and marketing.
- Provide administrative support to the immigration team.
- Liaise with representatives of education providers for business tie-ups.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience in marketing, preferably in the immigration consulting or legal services industry.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and engage diverse audiences.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving results.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of immigration consulting or legal services industry is a plus.
- Be an Australian citizen or a Permanent Resident.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Authorisation:
