As a **Yard Operations Manager**, you will be responsible in ensuring the smooth continuity of yard operations for the company and manage inbound and outbound stock. Furthermore, you will maintain a high performing team and manage your team members effectively and efficiently.

Your key responsibilities will be:

- To ensure efficient execution of all yard related activities such as picking, loading, returns, service and maintenance, quality management, inspections, stock counting
- To run of daily toolbox meetings to ensure that resources are allocated efficiently to minimize costs and maximize productivity
- To coordinate inbound and outbound container shipments with Logistics department
- To execute accurate cost forecasts and investment plans based on business development and payback calculations
- To oversee that inventory quality is in line with international Doka quality standards and ensure accurate quality control
- To prepare and monitor relevant Yard Operations Key performance indicators monthly and share with team members
- To foster motivation, inspiration, team spirit, and positive attitude that promotes high performance and ‘can do’ spirit in the team

Required (Education and Technical)
- Diploma or degree in business, engineering. operations management or other related fields
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar role such as yard, inventory or warehouse management
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Experience within the construction industry, ideally knowledge of formwork materials
- Holder of a valid driver's license, forklift license would be ideal or willing to obtain license.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Minto, NSW 2566: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
