About the Role

Join our team at Minto site in our Environmental Treatment Solutions division. This is a hands-on, full-time role offering long-term stability and opportunities to grow.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving site vehicles to transport waste and recyclables across the facility
  • Handling incoming waste: stockpiling, compacting, and processing materials
  • Screening and sorting waste to ensure proper disposal
  • Loading and unloading vehicles, weighing waste, and managing different waste streams
  • Inspecting customer loads to determine appropriate disposal methods

What You'll Bring:

  • A current driver's license
  • Forklift license is essential
  • Waste experience is not required but desirable.
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a hands-on role
