**Position Overview**
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Manager to oversee and execute all marketing initiatives for Avsar Group. This individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing both our digital and physical marketing strategies, with a strong focus on social media engagement and local outreach. This role will require a blend of strategic planning, hands-on execution, and collaboration across teams to support our disability services and event medical operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Strategy & Execution**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the business objectives of both the disability support (NDIS) and event medical services divisions. Ensure that marketing campaigns effectively communicate our services, values, and mission to relevant audiences.
- **Social Media Management**:
Manage and create content for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring a consistent brand message and engaging with the community. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to adjust strategies and increase engagement.
- **Branding & Content Creation**:
Develop and oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and digital ads. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience. Collaborate with the event medical services team to market event-based services to relevant industries and clients. Create promotional materials and campaigns targeting event organizers and medical service providers. Build and nurture relationships with local organizations, community leaders, and stakeholders to raise awareness about Avsar Group’s services. Represent the company at local events and networking functions to promote the brand and foster new partnerships. Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and customer needs. Utilise insights to adjust marketing strategies and improve outreach. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique and engaging marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Knowledge of the NDIS sector or healthcare services is highly advantageous.

- A valid **Working with Children Check** is required for this role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Pay: $24.13 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 37.5 per week

Schedule:
