Production Supervisor

Our client is in growth mode, and its mission is to provide nationwide signage and display resolutions to national brands. To keep this growth momentum, they are seeking a production supervisor to support operations and enhance productivity in the business.

A component of the role will also involve managing an extensive national contractor network; strong organisational and communication skills are essential.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Supervise production operations, including liaison with the production team, suppliers and subcontractors as required
- Coordinate operations to ensure optimal utilisation of resources
- Supervise, motivate and train staff a team of 10
- Ensuring measurements, site inspections, materials and job requirements are accurate and accounted for prior to the start of the job
- Ensure compliance with WH&S Practices and QA Procedures at all times
- Coordinating and communicating with a national contractor/installation network
- Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
- Responsibility for managing suppliers, project documentation and governance
- Initiate and implement change in products and production policies and processes.
- Being proactive in project requirements, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting

**The successful applicant will have the following**:

- Experience in the manufacturing, signage or print industry.
- Strong project coordination and administration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service skills, the ability to deal with conflicting priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and computer literacy
- Experience managing 3rd party external suppliers
- Past experience using Vector software (eg. Corel or lllustrator) is desirable but not essential.
- Experience in supervising employees.
