**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including grooming, bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
- Develop and maintain individualised care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members, providing clear and accurate information about care plans and any changes in the client’s condition.
- Document care activities and progress, maintaining accurate and confidential records.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for clients.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in disability support work or a related field, with hands-on experience in personal care.
- Experience in hoist transfers and shower care
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, families, and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and flexibility.
- Relevant certification or training in disability support or related fields.
- Reliable transportation may be required.

**Pat Rate**:$34 - 40 per hour pending experience and qualifications

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
