Join Perth Airport’s Digital Team as a Product Owner and lead the development of our innovative mobile app, designed to transform passenger experiences and drive operational excellence. This pivotal role focuses on delivering high-value features through data driven insights to shape the future of digital engagement at Perth Airport.

**About the role**
- Lead the development and continuous enhancement of the mobile app to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
- Manage the mobile app backlog, prioritising high value features aligned with Agile and Lean principles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Build, own and deliver on the mobile app roadmap, prioritising high value features and enhancement
- Develop data-driven business cases to secure funding and stakeholder buy in for new initiatives.
- Oversee third party vendors to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of app development projects.
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user engagement and retention using tools like Google Analytics and Firebase.

**About You**
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally in native app development.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and a strong understanding of Lean development principles.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, balancing diverse priorities and needs.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards, UX design principles, and Salesforce products (advantageous).
- Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
