**About our opportunity**

As our **_Team Leader Stormwater Infrastructure_**, you will lead a small dedicated team providing specialist technical engineering expertise and undertake complex investigations for a range of stormwater infrastructure, drainage, and flood related matters under a number of Capital and Operational programs to meet the needs of the community.

You will lead the delivery of cross divisional stormwater infrastructure projects under a range of Capital and Operational works programs that address legacy issues, support regional population growth and drive integrated and sustainable outcomes.

You will build strong relationships and networks with internal and external stakeholders to ensure stormwater & waterway infrastructure and service delivery outcomes are achieved.

**About you**

As our **_Team Leader Stormwater Infrastructure_**, you will lead a small dedicated team providing specialist technical engineering expertise and undertake complex investigations for a range of stormwater infrastructure, drainage, and flood related matters under a number of Capital and Operational programs to meet the needs of the community within the Moreton Bay Regional Council area.

You will lead the delivery of cross divisional stormwater infrastructure projects under a range of Capital and Operational works programs that address legacy issues, support regional population growth and drive integrated and sustainable outcomes.

You will build strong relationships and networks with internal and external stakeholders to ensure stormwater & waterway infrastructure and service delivery outcomes are achieved.

**About you**

We are seeking someone with extensive knowledge in stormwater infrastructure management and demonstrated experience leading a small team of technical specialists to drive high performance outcomes. You will have comprehensive experience in completing complex technical investigations relating to stormwater and the preparation and presentation of complex technical reports and recommendations.

You will have highly refined communication skills being able to engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

You will be a dynamic leader and have the skills to develop and mentor your team with a collaborative approach to problem solving and goal setting.

You will support to run your own program of works and actively allocate projects across your team.
