**The role**

The Technical Support Analyst is accountable for providing a high level of service to end users of Gippsland Water’s corporate business systems, ensuring timely, accurate and proactive resolution to system issues and customer requests. They will help enable organisational transformation by supporting digital enhancement projects.

**What you’ll bring**
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- A continuous commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Experience using Structured Query Language (SQL) against relational databases.
- An ability to function effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
