**THE ORGANISATION**

Our client is a not for profit that provides housing options across NSW. They are currently undergoing significant changes and are seeking a skilled WHS (Work Health and Safety) Business Partner to join them on a full time basis. This opportunity has a strong focus on ensuring the health and safety of their workforce and plays a pivotal role in creating a safe and supportive environment. This role requires you to operate across Sydney (Fairfield) and the Hunter region.

**THE ROLE**

The role reports to the General Manager People & Culture and plays a vital role within the team. As the WHS Business Partner, you will be responsible for the management, reporting & auditing of P&C related compliance matters. You will actively support both employees and managers in injury management and contribute to fostering a healthy work environment. Maintaining the Safety Management System (SMS) to ensure compliance and best practice is also a crucial element of the role.
