We are looking for a talented **Associate Recruiter** to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this **Scoresby** based role you will be play a pivotal role in connecting internal talent with opportunities, working closely with hiring managers and cutting-edge recruitment technology.

**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways**:

- Create and format job descriptions in accordance with Cummins employment brand.
- Accountable for managing life cycle of requisition through applicant tracking system (ATS) including documentation for auditing purposes.
- Lead and support the offer management process.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities for talent acquisition processes.
- Adheres to recruiting processes and policies.

- Ability to build, consult, and manage stakeholder relationships to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Thrive under pressure and can manage conflicting priorities ensuring execution of the work within specific timeframes.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of customer service skills.
- Adept at working across multiple contemporary recruitment software packages.
