**About the Opportunity**

A 12-month contract opportunity waits for a skilled and highly resourceful Principal Project Officer to be part of this large-scale operational improvement project focused on the Taxi Subsidy Scheme (TSS).

The project has a strong focus on ensuring processes and systems (CRM Microsoft Dynamics) are in check and operating as efficiently as they can be with consideration to automation and improvements. This is a standalone end-to-end project management role, with high levels of collaboration and engagement with the operational teams and with various stakeholders across the organisation including industry and policy areas. The role will also see you understand the as-is processes and support them through the to-be and future state processes, incorporating applicable change management activities.

**About You**
- Minimum 5 years experience in an end-to-end project management role within a medium to a large-scale operational improvement project, preferably within transport services and or government
- Prior working knowledge of CRM Microsoft Dynamics is desirable
- Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial business outcomes
- High-level written and oral communication skills and exceptional organisational skills
- Strong ability to work effectively in a standalone capacity supporting the operational team, reviewing, and delivering innovative solutions to stakeholders
- Strong ability to be adaptable and flexible in dealing effectively with competing priorities
