The role
The Principal Project Officer is a member of the instructional design team within the Projects & Design team in the Centre for Leadership Excellence (CLE). The Principal Project Officer will produce, maintain, and evaluate engaging learner centred online learning programs for Queensland Health employees across traditional and digital mediums. Furthermore, you will review and evaluate training programs to provide expert advice on contemporary learning practices.
The successful person
**You will have demonstrated**:

- High level knowledge of contemporary approaches to the design and delivery of learning and development products and services.
- Experience in the design, build and review of eLearning capability programs.
- Proficiently use leading edge technologies and instructional design tools to create engaging, learner centered online learning resources.
- High level interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead consultation and negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders to form collaborative solutions and implement appropriate strategic responses.
- Ability to deliver outcomes and manage competing work priorities to meet agreed deadlines and commitments.
