Based in
**Brisbane**, the
**Pricing Administrator** is responsible for undertaking a high level of administrative and generalist tasks that support the pricing function across all Shell Energy Retail target markets, including Commercial & Industrial Electricity, Gas and Small-Medium Enterprise (SME) Electricity.

This is a 6 month contract role.

With respect, integrity and honesty, you will:

- Organise, prioritise and allocate a high volume of daily tasks and queries;
- Provide support to the Retail Pricing team to enable prompt and efficient response to pricing requests;
- Utilise existing excel models to prepare inputs into customer pricing;
- Maintenance of records relating to pending, live and expired customer quotes;
- Review Retail Electricity Agreements and establish billing for customers;
- Adhoc and periodic reporting to management and the Shell Energy team;
- Develop, review and update training documents and process flow maps as required; and
- Identify improvements to existing business processes and systems and assist in the development of acceptable solutions.
