The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate
- Business management success
- People leadership success
- Systems and computer competency
- Examples of using your passion for early years care, development and education of children
- Applied understanding of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning and Development Framework
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field
- Experience working with Quick kids desirable

**Footscray Early Learning Centre**

Multi levelled Children’s Centre - Ages 6 weeks to 6 years - Long day care 61 places - Sessional Kindergarten with three 3 year old kindergarten programs and two 4 year old kindergarten programs. - co-located with primary school - Maternal Health facilities

Our program aims to provide children with a wonderful and delightful education experience where they build friendships, enjoy learning and discovery, build on their strengths and capabilities reaching their potential as they continue on their educational journey.

Each room’s programs emerge from the interests, passions and interactions of children, families and staff to maximize children’s and staff motivation to investigate, participate, imagine and create as a community of learners
