**Our Frankston North Centre**:
Our brand-new Explorers Frankston North Centre is situated on Ballarto Road, which is just a short drive from Seaford beach. Explorers Frankston North is a multi-story, purpose-built Centre with eight rooms, on-site parking, outdoor spaces and public transport nearby (as well as shops and restaurants).

**How can you support us**:
To be successful in leadership roles at Explorers Early Learning, we would like to see experience in leading and managing teams. Along with the daily running of the centre we are looking for someone who can build relationships with the families, children, educators and the wider community

We value our educators and want to help them grow in their career to develop within Explorers. This is a full-time position where you need to be flexible to work both ends of the day so you can build those relationships with the families and the teams.

The role will also include mentoring, supporting and celebrating the success of your team. In turn, you will have the support of our operations managers and will attend monthly meetings and workshops.

**Key requirements**:

- A Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in early childhood, preferably long day care
- Minimum 2 years in a management role
- A sound understanding of the Reggio Emilia approach
- First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Working with children check
- Working rights in Australia
