**Karingal Green** is a world-class aged care precinct providing a range of residential options, specialist services and in-home & community aged care services. The residence includes 160 beds over two levels, a wellness centre, primary & allied health care clinic, cinema, private dining, cafe, gymnasium and heated swimming pool.*
We are seeking an empathic and caring **Barista **to join the team at **Karingal Green **on a **part-time** basis. In-particular, we require weekly coverage of the following shifts:

- **Tuesday **7:00am - 2:30pm
- **Wednesday **7:00am - 2:30pm
- **Saturday **8:00am - 3:15pm

An integral member of the **Karingal Green Café **team, you will be responsible for making barista style coffees, plating of light meals; prepared by on-site Head Chef, and (most importantly) ensuring our residents, along with their family and friends receive high-quality customer service.
Your well-honed communication, assessment and problem-solving skills are easily demonstrated when adhering to health and hygiene standards, working in an inter-disciplinary team, as well as when providing solution-focussed customer service, that ensures the dignity and respect of aged care residents.
In addition, you will display or hold:

- Cert III in Hospitality (or professional experience)
- Food Handling Certificate (or be willing to obtain)
- National Police Clearance (or be willing to obtain);
- NDIS Worker Screening (or be willing to obtain);
- evidence of COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations (or be willing to obtain); and
- full working rights in Australia.
