We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team.

Key Attributes:

  • Early starts from 5:30AM and early finish 2:30PM

  • Must have vehicle to commute or early morning public transport use.

  • This position is for someone who can commit for long term, minimum 18 months

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks.

  • Must have excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions about the menu, and making recommendations.

  • Must collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.

  • Valid Australian working rights

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista or cafe all rounder

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

  • A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about different brewing techniques and coffee varieties.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
