We have a full position available for a passionate individual to join our Technical Growing team.

In this technical role, you will find yourself thriving under new challenges where no two days are the same. Reporting directly to the Grower the Growing General Hand is responsible for assisting the growing team to complete manual tasks and checks daily.

**Primary responsibilities for this role will include**:

- Ensure completion of daily, weekly and monthly duties
- Enter data and checks correctly
- Conduct routine maintenance and basic repairs on all equipment
- Mix fertiliser to procedure
- Responsible for goods consumption recording and reporting
- Safety awareness
- Will possess sound judgement
- Able to follow instruction
- Attention to detail
- Good level of fitness (able to lift 25kg)

Previous experience in this sector is desirable but not essential as successful applicants will be provided with training to understand the quality and performance standards required
