About the School Baringa State Secondary College opened in 2021 with Year 7 and 8 students. Since then, we've grown into a vibrant and inclusive school community focused on high-quality education. In 2025, we will celebrate our first group of foundation students graduating Year 12. With modern facilities and a committed team, Baringa offers exciting opportunities for students and staff alike. About the Role As the Head of Department (Curriculum), your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Lead the relevant curriculum areas or whole school program to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students. Embed socially just practices in daily school life. Set high standards for student and staff performance. Actively participate in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.
