**About this Opportunity**

Reporting directly to the Flight Nurse Manager, as the Support Services Officer, you will provide clinical services support to the Aeromedical team at the Adelaide base, by maintaining healthcare-related equipment and consumable management.

Specifically, you will:

- Coordinate and monitor the maintenance of medical equipment and consumables, updating records and supporting with transfer of equipment and consumables between bases.
- Work with internal stakeholders to contribute to the maintenance of equipment and consumables.
- Support Flight Nurses with patient care and responding to patients within the Patient Transfer Facility.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the Patient Transfer Facility and equipment/consumables storage areas.
- Contribute and participate in working groups and quality improvement audits and projects as required.

**About You**

To be considered for this role, you will be:

- Competent in maintaining databases and Windows-based computer systems (including networked systems), and in using the Microsoft Office 365 suite of programs (including Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Able to prioritise and multi-task and have excellent time management skills.
- Knowledgeable of the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.
- A strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively with individuals and teams.
