Reporting to the NSW Workers Compensation Claims Manager, you’ll manage 50 - 60 claims end-to-end, provide strategic advice, and help shape the way we support our clients and each other. If you’re someone who thrives in a collaborative, people-first environment, we’d love to hear from you.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Managing complex Workers Compensation claims end-to-end, ensuring compliance with NSW legislation and delivering timely, accurate outcomes
- Determining liability, issuing appropriate notices, and coordinating medical assessments and rehabilitation services
- Liaising with employers, injured workers, treating practitioners, and other stakeholders to facilitate safe and durable return-to-work outcomes
- Supporting the NSW Regional Office and National Workers Compensation Claims Manager to strengthen client relationships and enhance service delivery
- Attending case conferences, forums, and meetings with professionalism and insight
- Identifying trends and collaborating with internal teams to support early risk management interventions
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
