Your new role

Reporting into the GM Commercial and Finance the role is highly commercial and involves the following key tasks
- Business Partnering and Strategy Execution

Business Performance and Value add analysis

Leverage financial insights to improve risk awareness, tactical decision making and integrate performance management

Provide sound commercial and analytical support to Supply Chain and operations to deliver profitable and sustainable growth across the region including determining cost effectiveness of growth strategies.

Help prepare and deliver operating budgets and forecasts

Help manage capital expenditure processes

Integrate financial analysis tools in operational decision making

Manage systems and look for process improvements

Embrace and shape culture working with and through others and be accountable for building and fostering rapport with sales and operational teams

Build a highly capable high performing functional team (which includes a sustainable succession management) to support the delivery of strategy and performance in the region

What you'll need to succeed

CPA/CA qualified

3 + years in a similar role

Ideally manufacturing or logistics industry background (flexible though)

Strong finance business partnering experience

Strong management reporting and financial analysis experience

Ability to engage non financial stakeholders and explain financials

Hit the ground running and start ideally next week

Team player with excellent communication skills
