**Remuneration**:$70,000 - $98,000 per annum + superannuation, dependent on experience.

- **The Role**_

The _**Marketing and Graphics Design Specialist**_ supports the Marketing Team to produce product packaging, brochures/sales tools, advertising, blog and digital content, web pages and promotions in a timely manner.
- **Key Tasks**_
- Have a part in the success of Earthtrack's marketing campaigns around featured products, special events and sales activities.
- Support our digital agency with creative assets we can use to grow our online presence.
- Coordinate events, marketing merchandise, and stand presentations.
- Prepare and edit marketing literature (brochures, blogs, newsletters, mailouts etc.), video production, and scripting.
- Create posts with engaging graphics to grow our social media presence and our company website.
- Introduce ideas and help build the annual marketing plan and budget, including negotiating advertising and sponsorships.
- Ensure our brand is well presented and a positive experience at every customer touchpoint; pre, during, and post-sale.
- Support the customer service team when required.
- **The Person**_

Ideally, we are looking for a creative who has:

- A Degree or Cert IV in Marketing, Design, Multimedia or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years using Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop. Experience with Adobe Premier (After Effects would be an advantage).
- Experience working in a marketing team or agency environment.
- Demonstrated results managing a company social media account.
- Demonstrated copywriting and editing skills - experience writing articles and producing newsletters.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- An understanding of digital marketing systems (CRM, automated marketing)
- Communication skills to confidently liaise with key internal and external customers, including international suppliers.
- High attention to detail, problem solving skills, as well as the ability to handle a deadline-driven work environment.
- Familiarity with dealing with detailed technical specifications would be beneficial.
- The ability to be a team player and work autonomously while remaining focused and motivated.
