We are seeking a **male** Support Worker to assist our 28 year old Participant. Our Participant will require someone insightful and who is good communicator to help him navigate his neurodiverse challenges.

We are looking for someone to assist this Particpant to improve his independence and life skills, by contributing to his household and building more meaningful relationships. He will also require guidance to find his place in society. We are looking for someone willing to be a mentor and a mate.

Our Participant enjoys gaming, cooking, going to the gym, competitive indoor bowling and spending time with his Fiancé.

Shift hours are currently 1:1 40hrs/fortnight, however will soon become 1:1 130hrs/per fortnight, whereby we will be looking for another one to two male Support Workers.
- Our Participant's will need you to assist them with:_
- Activities of daily living.
- Community and social engagement.
- All aspects of support physically & emotionally and on an individual needs basis.
- To continue providing high quality care, Home Caring require our Support Workers to have:_
- A **genuine passion **for working alongside individuals and their families to foster a positive and long-lasting relationship
- Excellent communication skills and flexibility to support clients needs based on individual circumstances
- A positive attitude strongly based on compassion and resilience, a sense of humour, and ongoing accountability
- Qualification in Disability Care or equivalent experience
- Fluent spoken English is essential
- NDIS Worker Screening (yellow card) (required)
- Blue Card (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
- Access to a comprehensively insured vehicle (required)
- CPR Certification (required)
- First Aid Certification (required)
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- The right to work in Australia
