**About your new role**:
Are you a resilient and patient individual who thrives on making the biggest impacts and helping where it counts? We are currently seeking permanent part time and casual Disability Support Workers to support customers in the Redbank Plains region. You will be assisting customers with daily tasks and providing support through challenging behaviours. Our Disability Support Workers support our customers as they shape and improve their lives. They create opportunities, are champions of possibility and inspire partnerships of support that encourage every individual to realize the possibilities available to them.

**About you**
- You demonstrate advanced skills in assisting customers/clients who have a wide range of disabilities
- You show experience in coordinating and administrating the delivery of dynamic services
- You can prioritize a busy workload, and respond to emergent situations
- You will have flexible availability, sleep overs and weekends required
- You are enthusiastic about providing assistance in Supported Independent Living
- You will have previous experience in complex and challenging behaviours
- You will be confident working in a team

**You will have the following to qualify for this role**
- Hold a current Blue Card (working with children)
- A NDIS Worker Screening Check (Working with Individuals with Disabilities)
- Full COVID-19 vaccinations (proof from MyGov)
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate.
- NDIS Worker Modules certificate
- Driver’s License
