**Our Brighton East Centre**:
Situated on the Nepean Highway, Brighton East has on street parking, an underground car park and cafes, shops and public transport nearby. Moorabbin Station is a short drive down the road.

Our centre has 2 floors including the underground parking. Our outdoor areas are shared by 2 rooms each. Being inspired by the Reggio Emilia Approach, we believe the environment is our 3rd teacher and therefore we focus heavily on the outdoor spaces incorporating natural resources and running sustainability programs. The children and families are all involved in our gardens and we use our outdoor space all year round.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, mentor and support your team in the design of inviting learning environments and learning experiences
- Foster and support children's engagement, thinking, learning and well being
- Build and nurture meaningful relationships with children, families and the community
- Contribute in staff meetings and work as part of a team in the whole centre

**Key requirements**:

- An approved ECT qualification
- VIT registration
- Experience running a 4 year old kinder room would be highly desirable
- Passion for providing quality learning environments for children
- Commitment and professionalism
- A strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- A good understanding of the Reggio Emilia Approach
- First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Working rights
- Visa / Passport
