Key Selection Criteria - Knowledge of the Children's Services Regulations and an understanding of Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework - A sound knowledge of Child Development and developmentally appropriate practice - The ability to communicate effectively with parents, other professionals and colleagues - To be included in regular professional development and be aware of current research and practices
