Our client is an Australian wide market leader in the manufacturing and production of innovative and advanced premium adhesives, sealants, industrial compounds, coatings, carpet underlay and ancillary products.

They have multiple positions available working in their Villawood warehouse, Monday to Friday on both day (6:30am-3:00pm) and afternoon shifts (3pm-11:30pm) with shorter days on Fridays. Overtime is offered on Fridays and occasional Saturdays.

**The Role**:
As a machine operator, you will be working to assist with machine operating and packaging of manufacturing adhesive products within the warehouse, with full training provided. A forklift licence is ideal but not essential. This is an all-rounder position completing various warehouse tasks throughout the day. Other tasks may include:

- Machine operation - client will train
- Packaging and batching of products
- Operating and monitoring of computers
- Manual handling
- Forklift duties (if licenced and experienced)
- General warehouse duties***

**Essential Criteria**:

- Machine Operation experience ideal
- General labouring experience
- Strong computer knowledge essential
- Forklift licence with experience is ideal but not essential (counterbalance and high reach)
- Able to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Comfortable moving and lifting 15-20kg
- Must be available for 2 weeks training on the day shift, if successful for the afternoon shift
- Reliable and hardworking
- Available to work Monday to Friday
