Ally fashion is a young ladies fast fashion destination providing high street fashions and the latest trends at an affordable price. With a current portfolio of 150+ stores and a successful online store, ally presents a number of opportunities for team members who want to be to be part of this exciting company. An opportunity has become available to join our fast-paced team at our Villawood Warehouse. You will ideally have experience in Warehouse operations and demonstrate initiative with a hands on approach. The role requires heavy lifting and organization. Experience in a similar role would be an advantage.

**About the Role**:

- Daily forklift duties for warehouse operations
- Store stock allocation in/out of warehouse
- Taping and lifting boxes onto pallets for sending
- Dispatching of stock daily via courier
- Moving pallets via pallet jack
- Daily use of wrap machine for pallets
- Assist with Unloading 40ft containers daily/weekly
- Heavy and repetitive lifting, must be physically fit as there is a lot of manual lifting involved - up to 25kg
- Warehouse and Logistics duties
- Picking and packing (if required)
- Must be available to work full time and have PR status

**To be successful in this role you will possess the following**:

- A Valid Forklift license
- Must have at least 2+ years’ experience in warehouse environment
- Be reliable, fast, and accurate
- Must have strong communication and motivational skills
- Must be able to work in a team of 10+
- Work productively to Courier timeframes
- Consistently meet and exceed minimum performance requirements
- Maintain an orderly condition of your assigned work area
- Be flexible and cooperative when asked to support other departments and/or job functions
- Ability to work well with others in a group and foster a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where repetitive activity does take place
- Able to work additional hours as required to support the needs of the business and our customers
- A high level of enthusiasm and energy
- Good clear communication skills, both written and verbal
