**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking a driven and experienced ICT Solutions Manager to join our expanding team. In this dual-role position, responsibilities are split between 60% new business development and 40% account management. You will work with existing clients to deepen relationships and introduce new offerings, while also proactively prospecting and onboarding new clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive new business through networking, cold calling, and responding to leads.
- Present, promote, and sell Tech Barn’s suite of solutions, including:

- Managed IT services (helpdesk, support, monitoring, security)
- Telecommunication products and services as an Optus Business Dealer
- Unified communications, connectivity, and advanced networking solutions
- Manage and grow a client portfolio, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Develop customized solutions and proposals tailored to unique customer needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and telecommunications trends.
- Achieve sales and customer service KPIs.

**About You**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in ICT or telecommunication sales/account management.
- Proven ability in both acquiring new business and managing existing client accounts.
- Strong understanding of managed IT, telecommunications, and networking solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Previous experience as an Optus Business Dealer representative is highly regarded.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 38 per week

**Education**:

- High School (Year 12) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- B2B: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (required)
