_**Client Service Manager - One year contract**_

We are a well-established Australian cleaning company based in Victoria, proudly owned, and operated, and we continue to experience growth across the state.

The company has established itself as a top service provider in the cleaning industry, renowned for its commitment to high-quality services, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong focus on understanding and meeting client needs and expectations.

**What we are looking for..**
- Building personal and professional credibility with client representatives, contractors, and frontline staff.
- Proven managerial and leadership capabilities.
- Experience in management roles within the cleaning industry.
- Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with cleaning specifications for various sites.
- Skill in identifying customer needs and challenges.
- **Responsibilities**_
- Oversee the daily management and operations of the sites, including regular inspections, ensuring contract performance, adherence to relevant KPIs, handling complaints, and addressing any related issues.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering and strengthening long-term relationships.
- Liaise with customers, management team to better understand their needs and

recommend appropriate solutions
- Manage attendance across various worksites, ensuring appropriate coverage when a cleaner is absent.
- Hands on approach
- Provide training and support for new and existing contractors / cleaners, aligning with the company's strategic goals.
- Monitor and report on the performance of contracted services, as per the scope and ensuring compliance with the company’s operating systems.

- Cleaning Supervisory: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)
