**Your role**:
This full time 12 month position will see you working in a local primary school to provide a range of early intervention and flexible support to families. Your approach should be solution focused and strength based. The role focuses on school refusal.

**The skills you will use day to day**:
Build relationships with families and children

Bring a strong working knowledge of the education system

Assertive outreach and follow up

Comprehensive family assessment skills

Listening so that the child's voice can be heard

Your understanding of trauma

You get a salary starting at $88,000 plus super

Salary packaging is available up to $15,900 plus an entertainment card.

SCHCADS award level 5

Negotiable through the increments dependent upon experience.
