Sympli is a collaboration between InfoTrack (Australia’s leading provider of e-Settlement technology and services) and the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). Sympli will offer lawyers, conveyancers and financial institutions a streamlined and comprehensive technology solution that will seamlessly integrate with existing practices and systems.

To be successful in the role you will have the following skills or background
- Experience in a product company or start-up, with extra credit for exposure to the property or conveyancing sector
- Understanding of product management concepts and the product lifecycle from concept to launch in a commercial environment
- Good understanding of the role of the product owner in an agile development environment
- Proven ability to learn new business concepts and translate this knowledge into new products and features
- Degree in business; computing; design or marketing is looked on favourably, but not essential

**Your main responsibilities**

**Planning**
- Participate in product planning, working with Product Managers to identify new opportunities to improve the product and commenting on feasibility
- Guide the delivery of a product roadmap
- Contribute to the development of Initiative summaries
- Developing and maintaining a prioritised backlog
- Making prioritisation decisions

**Product Design**
- Participate in product design activities such as discovery workshops and collaborative design sessions to identify new features or opportunities to improve the product and deliver customer value
- Lead initiative processes such as initiative kick-off and epic kick-off
- Work with the design team to lead the scoping and planning of new features or improvements through collaborative design workshops
- Support designers in the translation of market and user requirements into exciting customer experiences
- Document product requirements and design outcomes

**Product Delivery**
- Represent the Product Manager and act as the voice of the customer in the product delivery process
- Participating in product delivery rituals such as initiative planning; sprint planning, showcases and retrospectives
- Collaborating with team members on defining the narrative/context for deliverables
- Work with BA to ensure backlog items are refined in line with agreed standards
- Review proposed requirements, and ensure that delivery is matches acceptance criteria
- Assist in the prompt resolution of delivery risks
- Escalating issues and impacts to the delivery to the Product Manger
- Determining whether the feature is complete based on the team’s definition of 'Done'

**Product Launch**
- Ensure all product documentation is current
- Work with Product Ops to create product documentation and sales collateral
- Work with marketing to co-ordinate the internal launch of new features including running webinars
