- Oversee the daily operations of our Supported Independent Living Homes
- Ensure restrictive practices reporting is completed within the required time frame and to the required authorities.
- Liaise with support workers to deliver support in line with support plans.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives, coordinate staff rosters with relevant departments, and maintain effective communication with participants, families, and stakeholders.
- Build rapport & manage complex mental health & behaviours by following established plans.
- Ensure the smooth running of the site and promote an inclusive, homely environment through consistent practice & collaboration with staff & residents.
- Manage staff induction and identify staff training needs.
- Participate in appointments and activities.
- Managing Property maintenance and supplies.
- Participation in an after-hours roster may be required.
- Ensuring Compliance with NDIS standards and regulations and other authorities.
- Training and Development of staff and ensuring their team completes all mandatory training and maintaining a low turnover rate.
- Tracking and reducing incidents that relate to client safety.
- Allocating appropriate resources based on client needs.
- Conformance with policies, procedures, and audit requirements.

**Essential Requirements**
- A current and valid driver’s license.
- Fluency in Vietnamese is must.
- Proof of documentation for valid working rights in Australia.
- Knowledge of NDIS guidelines and policies.
- Proven experience working with individuals with disabilities.
- Have experience working as a Team Leader is preferred.
- A strong ability to advocate for the rights and needs for clients.
- Experience in managing staff and work placement students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and patience when working with clients with diverse needs.
- Organizational skills for managing caseload and documentation.

**Desirable**
- Experience working as Registered Nurse will be highly regarded.
- Knowledge and experience working with people with complex mental health conditions will be highly regarded.

**Qualifications/Certification**
- A Cert IV or above in social work, psychology, or a related field is essential.
- NDIS Clearance check or the ability to obtain one.
- NSW Working with Children Check or the ability to obtain one.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
