Together, we will bring the best of Suntory to Oceania.The OpportunityOur new beverage manufacturing facility in Ipswich is world class and a next-generation, industry 4.0 site, equipped with leading edge technology, machinery and processes.We are now looking for an experienced Beverage Manager & Raw Materials Manager to lead our Beverage and Raw Materials Teams. Successfully leading continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes, such that we can achieve the requirements of the business in the short, medium and long term.As a member of the site leadership team, you will actively contribute to site culture and our unwavering commitment to Safety and an All for the Quality mindset aligned to our Suntory Leadership values.What you’ll be doing- Coach & mentor, our Leaders to support the capability build of our teams.
- Responsible for the Beverage & Raw Materials team in the execution of our Site Production Plan, including all daily / weekly / monthly deliverables and improvement initiatives to target KPI’s.
- Ensure all raw materials are received, receipted and delivered to Beverage & Packaging on time, in full and free of defects.
- Ensure the crafting of our beverages on time, in full and Right First Time.
- Assist with ownership of stock accuracy and correct consumption of materials.
- Drive a culture of Continuous Improvement, in Safety, Quality, Environment, Efficiency, and Autonomous Maintenance, leveraging Best Practice as the basis for all process improvement.
- Support systems and processes validation through Performance and Operational standards.
Experience that you will bring:
- Along with the desire to positively contribute to our team you will demonstrate:

- Experience in FMCG Beverage manufacturing or a relevant highly regulated industry in a Senior Leadership role.
- Excellent knowledge of Process Technology, with ability to work on a variety of critical plant and processing systems.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing Strategic initiatives.
- Strong Lean manufacturing industry experience utilizing six sigma concepts and tools.
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing or Science is desirable.
