**The Company -**

Our client is a specialist Not-for-Profit who are dedicated to making a positive impact in the community. They are seeking a hands-on and experienced Financial Consultant ideally with an audit background to join their team starting as a 2-month contract.

As a financial consultant, you will play a crucial role in reviewing their financial operations and providing expert advice on how to move forward. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute your skills to a meaningful cause and make a tangible difference within a short timeframe.

**The Role -**
- Analyse financial statements, records, and reports to identify discrepancies, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct a thorough review of financial processes, systems, and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Identify and address financial risks, recommending strategies to mitigate them.
- Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and streamline operations.
- Conduct financial analysis to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Advise on cost reduction strategies and revenue optimisation opportunities.
- Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate financial information and recommendations to CEO and Board of Directors.

**About You -**

This role is well suited to a passionate CA/CPA qualified Accounting professional, who is motivated to work in a Not for Profit organisation. You will have proven experience as a financial consultant or similar role, with a strong track record of success.

This role is based in the northern suburbs, with parking onsite There is a competitive remuneration on offer depending on prior experience.

Initially the role will be based at the head office and work from home will then be optional.
