**THE ROLE**

As part of the Procurement Systems and Governance team, the Procurement Governance & Systems Adviser will provide a wide range of high-quality procurement and contract advisory services and administrative assistance and support services to the Procurement, Concessions and Contract Services unit and broader department. Attention to detail and teamwork underpin success in this role as well as a demonstrated ability to communicate sensitively and effectively.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE**
- Supporting the provision of procurement services and advice to internal clients regarding approval frameworks and control gates.
- Complying with the _Financial Management Act 1994_ and other relevant legislation, regulations and government directives, policies and guidelines.
- supporting the administration of the Procurement Committee Secretariate
