We are on the hunt for experienced Functions and Events Manager, we have multiple venues at Tassis Pty Ltd, Massimo Bar and Restaurant, Opa Bar and Mezze, Yamas Greek and Drink, FOSH Bar and Restaurant, Rich and Rare, Longwang Chopstick House and Fatcow Restaurant (restaurants includ the cuisine of Australian Steakhouse, Seafood Restaurant, Greek cuisine, Italian and Asain cuisine). Our company aims to provide the ultimate experience for our customers with fantastic service, and outstanding food and drinks. We have established our selves as great Restaurants we would like to advance with more functions as Weddings, Birthdays, Christenings etc.Pay rate to be discussed above indication only for full time staff.

**Skills and Experience Functions and Events Manager**

Flexible availability over a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays

Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards

Managing of staff in a respectful manner

Run multiple Functions at our venues

Handling customer resolution
Reliable and honest

Confidence in your ability to take charge, able to give and receive genuine feedback and take action as needed

Must have a proactive approach

Exceptional organisation skills - you need to thrive in a fast paced environment due to number of venues and functions to manage

Must love the hospitality industry
Able to do stock control using Impos
Impos is POS
Arrange staff and food requirements for the functions

Arrange bookings and follow up on payments

Previous a la carte experience prefered

Have great time management

Diploma or above and 2 years industry experience full-time relevant work experience in a similar role
Can do attitude with a willingness to learn multiple Venues and Cusine
