Our customer service officers are passionate about creating awesome experiences and building strong relationships within the community at our West Pymble location.

**About the role**

Working a flexible roster across 7 days, Customer Service Officers act as the first point of contact for our customers.

**About you**

You are self-motivated and have a passion for customer satisfaction. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem solving. Your superior customer service and admin skills along with your ability to build rapport with people will see you excel in this role

**You will also come with the following**
- Current CPR & firstaid certificate
- Previous experience in administration/customer service role (desirable)
